  Very unprofessional and arrogant. They charged us extra rent due to their failure to do their job properly. Throughout the period we rented off them they ignored our requests for things to be fixed or took so long to respond. Their letters always seemed to get "lost" in the mail, when we had no problem receiving any other mail. They were also sending mail to an address that they were aware that we had moved out of and then blamed us for not being aware of the contents of that correspondence, which in turn cost us a lot of money. Every time we received a water bill from them it was wrong, trying to charge us for a period that we weren't even in the property. They refuse to own up to their mistakes and just blame others.

  very unprofessional. Rude arrogant. I rented a property they managed and once i moved out there was no assistance from them at all.

  I did all i could to vacant the property as i left it. There were a couple of minor issues i had to sort but all i got from them was pure arrogance.

  Really refreshing to have such a professional yet very personable and understanding property manager. Any issues we had with the property was dealt with quickly and if things couldn't be resolved, communication was very prompt. Had a change of property manager half way through our lease but the service continued to what we expected. Highly recommended.
